Once upon a time there were two colleagues who worked with training of employees. No matter how many courses the employees completed, they did not get any better. “Why doesn’t it help” the colleagues wondered. “There must be a better way they thought.” After reading shelves of research and books, they created a fantastic educational model that could make a real difference. “We’ll do training that is engaging,” said one. “We should start a company that helps employees succeed,” said the other.
Eureka! Currics was born.

 2003

Peter and Kristoffer meet for the first time. Then dressed in green uniforms in service of the crown.

 

2016

Much later, they both start working at the same media company where Peter becomes responsible for skills development and Kristoffer is hired as a product owner for the sales tool.

A collaboration is staring to take shape.

 

2018

Kristoffer changes focus from product ownership and goes on to work solely with the skills development instead. Peter has now initiated partnerships with several Swedish media companies.

 

2019

Peter and Kristoffer starts the company Currics in November and instantly signs their first big deal.

 

2020

Currics continues to create magic as an independent company. The idea to work with skill based learning instead of courses is born.

 

2021

The skill based training is now a fully developed concept that is used by several customers with great results. Currics has found its product-market-fit.

 

2022

A leadership education divided in two parallell tracks, leadership and management, is published together with several stand alone courses for managers.

 

2023

A leadership course that is divided into leadership and management is launched together with several other courses for bosses.

 

2024

Currics starts to educate the energy industri. Daniel Mohlén becomes a part of the company.
